Acknowledgment

An acknowledgment is the most common notarial act - I verify your identity, witness your signature, and confirm you're signing of your own free will. This is required on a wide range of documents including deeds, powers of attorney, loan documents, and contracts. If you're not sure whether your document needs an acknowledgment, bring it along and I'll take a look.

Jurat

A jurat is used when a document requires a sworn statement - you sign in my presence and take an oath or affirmation that the contents are true. Common examples include affidavits, sworn declarations, and certain court filings. I'll administer the oath and complete the notarial certificate to make your document legally valid.

Oath / Affirmation

Sometimes a document or legal proceeding requires a verbal oath or affirmation without a written signature - I'm authorized to administer both. An oath invokes a solemn promise; an affirmation is a non-religious alternative that carries the same legal weight. This service is often requested for depositions, court-related matters, and official proceedings.

Certified Copies / Copy Certification

Need a verified copy of an important document? I can certify that a photocopy is a true and accurate reproduction of the original. This is commonly used for passports, diplomas, business records, and other personal documents. Note that state laws vary on which documents can be copy-certified - I'll confirm eligibility at the time of your appointment.

Quit Claim Deed

A quit claim deed transfers an owner's interest in a property without making guarantees about the title - commonly used between family members, in divorce settlements, or to clear title issues. I'll notarize your quit claim deed accurately and efficiently. Please ensure the deed is fully completed before your appointment.

HOA Documents

Homeowners association documents - including transfer paperwork, resale certificates, and governing agreements - often require notarization. I can notarize your HOA-related paperwork quickly and conveniently at your location.

Power of Attorney (Financial)

A financial power of attorney authorizes someone you trust to manage your financial affairs on your behalf - including banking, investments, and property decisions. I'll notarize your document carefully and confidentially, ensuring it's executed correctly so it holds up when it matters most. I come to your location, including homes, hospitals, and care facilities.

Power of Attorney (Medical / Healthcare)

A medical power of attorney designates someone to make healthcare decisions on your behalf if you're unable to do so. I'll notarize this important document with the care and discretion it deserves, at your home, a hospital, or a care facility - whatever works best for your situation.

Last Will & Testament

Your last will and testament ensures your wishes are honored and your loved ones are taken care of after you're gone. I can notarize the required signatures on your will to help ensure it's properly executed under your state's laws. Please note that I do not draft wills or provide legal advice - your document should be completed before your appointment.

Divorce Documents

Divorce paperwork often requires notarized signatures from one or both parties - including settlement agreements, property transfers, and other related documents. I can handle your divorce-related notarizations discreetly and professionally, with full respect for the sensitivity of the situation.

In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN)

In-person electronic notarization works just like a traditional notarization - you and I are in the same room - but the documents are signed electronically rather than on paper. This is ideal for clients who prefer a fully digital workflow without requiring a remote session. I bring everything needed for a seamless e-signing experience at your location.

Hospital / Bedside Notarizations

When a patient needs documents notarized and can't leave the hospital, I come to them. I handle bedside notarizations with care, compassion, and discretion - understanding that timing is often critical in these situations. Please call ahead so I can coordinate with nursing staff and arrive fully prepared.

Prison / Jail Notarizations

I'm available to provide notary services at correctional facilities for incarcerated individuals who need documents notarized. I'll coordinate with facility staff in advance to ensure a smooth visit. Please contact me with the facility name and location so I can make the necessary arrangements.

Care Facility / Nursing Home Notarizations

Residents of assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and memory care communities often need documents notarized for estate planning, powers of attorney, and other important matters. I come directly to the facility and work respectfully with both residents and staff. Please note that I will assess the signer's awareness and willingness to sign at the time of the appointment.

I will travel to your location within the designated service area.

I am a mobile notary, which means I come to you. At your office or other public location that works best for your schedule. I serve clients throughout the area and can accommodate a wide range of settings including hospitals, care facilities, and coffee shops. If you're not sure whether I cover your location, just reach out and I'll do my best to make it work.
